How long is my right of withdrawal?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

Which products can I return?

You can return products that are in unopened original packaging and have not been used. Individual products from an order can also be returned.

Which products can I not return?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened or used products. Nor products that are not in the same condition as upon delivery.

What do I do if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery?

Who pays for the return shipping?

You as the customer pay the return shipping cost. The price varies depending on which country you are returning from. See the current cost by selecting your country below.

How do I send back my return?

Pack the item in the original packaging or equivalent protective wrapping.
Send with DHL Freight or Bring.
Always keep your tracking number until we have confirmed receipt.

How do I start my return?

Send an email to info@koreanbeauty.se stating that you want to return your order. Remember to always provide your order number.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and checked your return, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days. The time may vary slightly depending on your bank.
